Javier Serrano

I’ve been with Estrin-Hinds for 25 of my 32 years in construction. I have wonderful memories from all the years working here and learning every day. It’s a good, organized company with good people to work beside. Construction, in general, is my passion. I enjoy doing what I do. I love to see the finished project. I love the different places we work and meeting other people. Like every job, sometimes it can be hard, but I love it! Working in construction suits me as I love the outdoors, especially spending time with my kids camping, hunting, fishing, or doing off-road activities in the mountains, on and around lakes and rivers.
