Rich Pancani

Working in construction is one of my greatest passions. I’ve worked in this industry for more than 30 years. I started out as a laborer with a small, but very detailed-driven company building custom homes and within a couple of years worked my way up to managing projects. My main focus at the beginning was mastering every aspect of carpentry from framing to finish work, but I’ve always had a tremendous amount of respect and admiration for all construction trades. I have a deep understanding of what it takes for the different tradesmen to work together to build a project at the highest level, and on time. Over the last 20 years of my career, it’s been an amazing experience knowing and working with Ron and Eric on some of the most challenging and rewarding projects I could ever imagine being a part of. It’s a privilege to be part of a company that has such a high level of attention to detail, problem solving, and getting projects done on time. The company has the strongest commitment to not only having everything run smoothly in the field, but also helping clients get through what is usually a new and potentially daunting process. When I’m not working, I’m enjoying traveling, hiking, bike riding, scuba diving, and gardening with my wife and two children.
