Benjamin Elmer

I grew up working alongside a variety of contractors, gaining hands-on experience with home remodels from an early age. That early exposure to craftsmanship and problem-solving sparked my interest in construction and led me to study Construction Management at Brigham Young University. Since graduating, I’ve been part of the team at Estrin Hinds, where I’ve enjoyed working on high-end residential projects that require precision, creativity, and strong collaboration. What I appreciate most about Estrin Hinds is the company’s commitment to excellence and attention to detail—values that align with how I approach every project. I enjoy the challenge of thinking ten steps ahead, anticipating how each piece of the process fits together to bring a home to life. For me, one of the most rewarding parts of this work is building relationships with homeowners and seeing their vision come together through thoughtful planning and communication. Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors, training for triathlons, and taking my dog on hikes with my wife.
