The Rosen Residence
Working closely with the homeowner, interior designer,
and architect, Estrin-Hinds Construction Co. Inc.
completed this magnificent home to the satisfaction of
all parties involved. The project included many
interesting and exotic building materials - like
Italian glass tile, oil-finished solid walnut
flooring, Pau Lope wood decking, and hand-painted wall
treatment.

Perched atop Bel Air, this bright and inviting home
includes many contemporary details. With a
smooth-trowel stucco finish, floor-to-ceiling windows,
and an artfully designed interior lighting plan,
the Hochheim residence is a warm and inviting home.

The Segelin Residence
This home remodel showcases the company's ability to deliver excellent work on a smaller scale. With a full-sized kitchen, large bedroom, expansive den, and master bathroom, this second story addition nearly doubled the property's square footage.
