Avalon Hotel
Formerly the Beverly Carlton Hotel - Estrin-Hinds
Construction Co. Inc. was called in to manage this
complicated, eighty-eight room, three building
renovation. The boutique hotel offers a restaurant,
bar, swimming pool, and many technologically advanced
appointments. The project also included a new
free-standing elevator and full life-safety upgrades.

Spalding Pain Clinic
With three operating rooms, an endoscopy room, six
recovery beds, a pre-op waiting room, four unique,
themed exam rooms, and a V.I.P. room for discrete
patients, this facility combines an extremely
efficient and functional medical space with an overall
warm and sophisticated environment. This beautiful
facility is considered by many to be one of the most
successful surgery centers in Southern California.

| The Nations Group - Balboa
This is the first out-patient surgery center
Estrin-Hinds Construction Co. Inc. built for the
Nations Group. Completely satified with this Balboa
facility, the Nations Group contracted Eric and Ron to
build two more outpatient surgery centers.

S and B Surgery Center II
This state-of-the-art, out-patient spine surgery center includes two technologically unrivaled operating rooms, five recovery beds and a uniquely warm and relaxing waiting room/reception area. At the client's request, this highly involved surgery center was completed in a remarkable nine weeks - on schedule and at budget.

Located in Santa Monica, this retail outlet involved
many challenging interior details. The project
included integrated neon lights, highly complicated
electrical installments, and a wide variety of
cabinetry.
